Terms & Conditions
Our smoking cessation programmes follow a ‘brief therapy’ format. Hence we aim to help you break your smoking habit in a single session. The method we use is our own unique form of Advanced Hypnosis which uses a sensory pod to enhance the experience.
Before booking, we ask that you thoroughly read the information about our method and approach on this website.
The Fast Track session lasts 1 hour and the VIP session lasts 1.5 hours. We ask you to allow for 1.5 and 2 hours in your diary respectively, as sometimes a little extra time is required. In some circumstances your session will be shortened where the hypnotherapist assesses it is beneficial to you as a client to do so.
Free Follow-Up Session
Each programme includes the option of a free follow-up session if required. This session is 1 hour in duration. This can be attended at any point in the future but you must contact us to book it within 30 days of the date you first visited the clinic.
Attitude, mindset and timing are very important factors in ensuring the success of your session. Therefore, you agree to both read and follow the guidance contained in our How to Get the Most From Your Session? document before attending.
This significantly increases your likelihood of a successful outcome.
Appointments – Late Arrival
Please arrive promptly at your appointment time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 0207 127 4554. We will do our best to accommodate a later appointment start. However, where you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and re-schedule at our discretion.
Appointments – Cancellations & Re-scheduling
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, you must notify us by email or telephone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Text / SMS messages will not be accepted as notification.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance at appointments without prior notification are non-refundable. Where this occurs, at our discretion, we will re-schedule your appointment to a mutually agreed date and provide it ‘free of charge’ as your follow-up session. However, in this instance, if you required a further follow-up session, this will be chargeable.
Other Medical or Psychological Treatment
If you are receiving care or treatment from any medical, healthcare or therapy practitioner (e.g. GP, Psychologist or Counsellor), for your wellbeing, we may ask to to seek their permission before your session can be confirmed.
We will do our best to ensure suitability of our programme for your needs. However, if information is disclosed at any point in your contact with us, including during session(s), that indicates our programme will not be suitable at that time, we reserve the right to make appropriate alterations and/or cancel, terminate or reschedule your session.
Standards of Behaviour
During your session(s), you agree to not harm yourself, or any other person, including the hypnotherapist, or any property belonging to the hypnotherapist, our clinic or any other person.
You also agree not to attend your session(s) under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except for medications prescribed by your doctor. If you do attend your session under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs or demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour, your session will be cancelled and we may refuse to see you for any future session.
